TO ORDER: In case of rental you should place your order an d alert us of a show date at least ten days to two weeks in advance of the show date. We can Express deliver tapes or DVDs overnight in case of an emergency, however, there will be a charge for the express mailing in addition to the rental charge. We appreciate the return of rental tapes or DVDs the day or so after the show date; however, we do approve your holding the tape a week for a second use in a class or other training purposes. We suggest you advise us and request any further delay in return.

DISCOUNTS: Major discounts can be arranged when a University or Social Agency places an order for multiple tapes/DVD's in order to establish or enhance an audio/visual teaching library. There are marked discounts when more than two tapes or DVDs are rented over a period of six months. The price drops from $75 to $60 per unit. Often university professors will schedule several films over a semester, and take advantage of this offer. Others in social agencies and treatment settings have developed In-Service Training Programs in Family Therapy, and have utilized these films, with the discounted price, as a way of presenting such programs.

The purchase price drops markedly, from $350 per unit to $250 per unit when more than two films are purchased. We have arranged further discounts when a substantial number of films are purchased to establish a video library.
